Troubleshooting Web App Issues
Application Not Loading
Check Server Status: There may be a site-wide issue happening. Check the Codifi status page and your email for any live updates from Codifi.
Disable Browser Extensions: Some browser extensions might interfere with web applications. Try disabling them to see if it resolves the issue.
Login Problems
Reset Your Password: If you’re having trouble logging in, try resetting your password.

It’s helpful if a timestamp is shown on the screenshot or if you can make a note of what time the error happened. Additionally, please note what browser(s) you’ve experienced the error on.
