Follow these helpful tips to troubleshoot your Codifi App on your iOS device:
Check your internet or mobile connection.
Turn your wifi off and back on again.
Make sure you have a stable mobile connection.
Force Quit the App
Double-click the home button on your device (or swipe up from the bottom on an iPhone) to view all recent open apps.
Locate the Codifi App’s preview and swipe up. This will close the app.
Reopen the app to see if the issue persists.
Restart Your Device
Power your device down completely and turn the device back on.
Check for App updates
Head to the App Store and locate the Codifi App to check for any pending updates.
Make sure you have enough service to handle this task. Tap ‘Update’ next to the app if an update is available
Check Storage Space
Go to Settings > General > [Device] Storage.
Make sure you have enough storage for the app to operate.
