Troubleshooting Steps for the iOS Mobile App

Follow these helpful tips to troubleshoot your Codifi App on your iOS device:


  1. Check your internet or mobile connection. 

  • Turn your wifi off and back on again. 

  • Make sure you have a stable mobile connection.

  1. Force Quit the App

  • Double-click the home button on your device (or swipe up from the bottom on an iPhone) to view all recent open apps. 

  • Locate the Codifi App’s preview and swipe up. This will close the app.

  • Reopen the app to see if the issue persists. 

  1. Restart Your Device

  • Power your device down completely and turn the device back on.

  1. Check for App updates

  • Head to the App Store and locate the Codifi App to check for any pending updates.

  • Make sure you have enough service to handle this task. Tap ‘Update’ next to the app if an update is available

  1. Check Storage Space

  • Go to Settings > General > [Device] Storage.

  • Make sure you have enough storage for the app to operate.
