We have a dedicated team of professionals available to assist you with the Codifi platform Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM (EST), with the exception of company-observed holidays.
Weekends and holidays
Codifi currently does not provide weekend support for general product inquiries. However, we have emergency protocols in place for service interruptions or outages.
We know the holiday season is often spent with family and friends, but we also understand that some work doesn't pause for holidays. While our response times may be a bit longer during these periods, rest assured we're keeping an eye on our support channels for any urgent matters.
