Guest

Your Codifi contract allows you to invite unlimited guest users to view projects. When invited to Codifi, they can be granted 'Guest' permissions. Upon their initial login, they'll gain access to view any Projects to which they've been added as members, including the ability to see all records in those Projects. However, this permission is view-only, meaning they cannot edit any Project details or Record data.

Team Member

A Team Member refers to an individual who requires access to specific Projects. They have the ability to create, assign, edit, and update the status of any records in the Project they are a member of.

Project Admin

Project Admins are often project managers, leads, or company administrators. They have the ability to create Projects and oversee them from inception to completion. Their role includes editing project specifics and managing Project Team Members.

Data Admin

Data Admins are empowered to manage, edit, export, and oversee all organizational data. This includes all Project Data and the individual records within all Projects.

User Admin

In your Organization, the User Admin oversees all user-related aspects. They can add users to the Organization, adjust and modify user permissions, and deactivate users as necessary.

Company Admin

Company Admins are responsible for overseeing and handling the Organization's licensing matters. They manage subscription details, including headcount adjustments or contract modifications, and can renew or cancel the existing Codifi subscription.

Composer

The Composer is in charge of every aspect of project composition creation. This role encompasses the development, editing, and management of critical project components, such as Archetypes, Project Details, Statuses, Media Subtypes, Fields, and Value Lists.

Super Admin

A Super Admin is designated when a user is granted all available user permissions, allowing them the flexibility to freely switch between all the roles listed above.
